Soothing Sound Meditation

Leave the world behind you for a little while in Kathy's cosy sound studio. Lay back in a comfortable reclining chair, where there'll be a big fluffy blanket to wrap around you, a hot water bottle to cuddle and a soft, weighted eye pillow for extra comfort. Sink into rest as Kathy guides you through a gentle meditation and then bathes you in beautiful sounds created by a variety of unique instruments including singing bowls, chimes, gongs, her soothing voice, a therapy harp and the deep, rich tones of her alto flute.

This will be followed by the option to share some warm herbal tea together and before you leave you will be invited to partake in a small, individual letting go ritual with water and soluble paper.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start time as the door will be locked shortly after 7.30pm.
