Ease into your Sunday evening with a 60-minute sound bath designed to gently guide you toward rest and deep replenishment. Led by the incredible local sound weaver Becky Lovatt, this session invites you to soften the edges of the week and prepare your body and mind for a nourishing night’s sleep.
You’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of Alchemy crystal singing bowls – sound frequencies known to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body back into balance.
This is a space to unwind, let go, and allow your entire system to settle. You're welcome to stay for a few quiet moments of journaling at the end, if it feels supportive.
What to bring:
• We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and having a jumper and warm socks
• Bring your journal & pen if you'd like to spend a little time reflecting afterwards
