This 3hr training consists of a workshop where we deliver face-to-face training and use RealTalk to explore the following objectives:•What is the ReSPECT process.•Who may benefit from a ReSPECT discussion.•Who can complete the ReSPECT form.•How to use the form to shape your ReSPECT conversation.•How to communicate ReSPECT decisions.•How to use the ReSPECT form in an emergency.•Why debriefing is important to wellbeing
