Join us for a relaxing and nourishing evening designed to help you slow down and truly take a moment to center yourself at our Soothing Sound Bath and Herbal Tea Experience in Miami.

This session will be guided by Tara Alexis from Sound and Chill, who will lead you through a calming sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soft, grounding tones. You’ll be invited to get comfortable on your yoga mat and allow the vibrations to quiet the mind and release any stress or things no longer serving you. No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed, just simply come as you are :)

Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy a complimentary herbal-infused tea provided by Dr. Hervé Damas, adding a cozy, grounding element to the experience. It’s a thoughtful touch meant to help you feel calm, cared for, and at ease as you settle into relaxation.

These gatherings are meant to be relaxing and welcoming for the Miami community. It’s a wellness space where you can step away from the rush of daily life and reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive environment.

Most of the session will be spent resting on the yoga mat, so comfort is encouraged.
