Sonoma CAN’s New Year’s Eve Family Festival & All Ages Dance Party!

Join us at Santa Rosa’s Courthouse Square on Tuesday, 12/31 from 5pm-midnight. New Year’s events are often focused on adults and alcohol so we are creating an alternative celebration that will offer art, music, dance, and fun for everyone. We serve the whole community and the whole family, which is the theme of our event.

At our main stage, we will have performances from student bands, Movement Lab, Taylor-Nordquist Dance, and Community Dance and Drumming. Each group will also provide lessons while off-stage. Other stations across the square will include activities for art, reading, nutrition, soccer, and more. Food trucks will be available to purchase food and hot and cold non-alcoholic beverages will be available as well. Tickets will include food and drinks.

From 6-9pm, we will have performances and activities across the square. At 9 pm we will have the New York Apple on a media screen to celebrate their New Year so that families with young children can get to bed on time without missing out! After that, we will have a DJ play music until we dance into the New Year!
