Thank you for your interest in my Half Day Olympic Lifting Seminar and this one is extra special.

I’m excited to be returning to this venue for the second time, and for those of you who joined me at the first seminar… you’re in for something new. This session comes with a twist that builds on what we covered previously, making it ideal for both returning lifters and complete beginners stepping into the sport for the first time.

If you missed the first one, don’t worry this is still the place to learn everything you wish you’d known when you started Olympic lifting.

And if you were there last time, expect refined coaching, new drills, deeper technical layers, and a fresh approach designed to take your lifting to the next level.

My seminars are always high-energy, hands-on, and fun. No sitting around getting bored we move, we lift, we learn, and we Send It. You’ll have the chance to ask questions throughout, get personalised cues, and work directly with me on mobility, technique, and mindset.

To ensure every lifter gets meaningful time with me, the seminar is capped at 30 spots. You’ll leave with new knowledge, improved confidence, and if you’re ready for it a PB.

Suitable for all levels, including total beginners.

Minimum age: 16
Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.

1 hr Snatch Masterclass & PB Attempts
Refined technique, new drills, coaching, and the chance to push for a PB.

1 hr Clean & Jerk Masterclass & PB Attempts
Technical focus, personalised cues, confidence under the bar, and another PB opportunity.

1 hr Strength and accesorries. for weightlifting

• Lifting/gym clothes and shoes
• Optional spare clothes + towel
• Water / hydration
• Snacks

Due to commitments with the hosting gym, we cannot offer refunds.
If you can’t attend, we can transfer your ticket to someone else if you find a replacement.
