Sonny Webster Olympic lifting Seminar - HOT BOX Lancaster

Thank you for your interest in my Half Day Seminar for all levels of olympic lifting, for those of you who haven't been to my seminar before, we will be going over everything that you wish you had learnt when you started olympic lifting to ensure a great foundation of technique is built. If you have attended before, this will be a chance to further enhance your skills and fine tune your craft.

My Seminar days are notoriously just as much about having fun as they are about learning so don't expect to be sat in front of a whiteboard all day getting bored to death, that's not my style!

This is my refined format of seminar, where we will all be on high energy! You'll be able to ask me questions, and I'll be giving you pointers on mobility, lifting, mindset, as well as practicing what I preach !

The Seminar will be capped at a total of 30 tickets to ensure every single one of you will get plenty of personal time with me and ensure you leave walking away with a depth of new knowledge and of course a PB.

The seminar is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners who haven't touched a barbell.

Minimum age of 16 to attend and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Structure: (Please arrive atleast 15 minutes before we start)

3Omins: Mobility for Lifting, my best movements to be time efficient and prepare well.

1:30hrs: Snatch Master Class & PB !

1:30hrs Clean & Jerk Master Class & PB !

What to bring:

-Lifting / gym clothes and shoes.

-Spare change of clothes if you like, towel.

-Water/ hydration.

-Snacks.
