About this Event

About the experience

Join Elliott for a deeply immersive journey of sound, breath, and meditation designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore balance in body and mind.

Sonic Sanctuary is a unique 2-hour experience that blends breathwork, guided meditation, mantra, mindful movement, and sound immersion into a seamless and accessible practice for all experience levels. Drawing from both ancient yogic traditions and modern understandings of relaxation and well-being, the experience gently guides participants into a state of deep rest, clarity, and inner renewal.

Using a carefully curated blend of live instruments, recorded soundscapes, and contemplative practices, Sonic Sanctuary creates a space to unwind from the demands of daily Life and reconnect with what matters most.

What to expect

Sonic Sanctuary is a multi-layered journey of sound, breath, meditation, and deep relaxation.

Throughout the evening, Elliott weaves together a rich tapestry of instruments and practices designed to help quiet the mind, relax the body, and create space for rest, reflection, and renewal. The experience may include singing bowls, handpan, Native American flute, monochord, chimes, drums, throat singing, PlantWave music, guided meditation, mantra, breathwork, and other contemplative elements.

Each session is unique, but participants can generally expect:

• Immersive soundscapes that encourage deep relaxation and presence

• Breathwork and meditation practices that help settle the mind and restore balance

• Gentle opportunities for reflection, self-awareness, and inner connection

• A welcoming environment that supports rest, restoration, and well-being

• Meaningful moments of stillness, community, and shared experience

Whether you are completely new to meditation and sound healing or have years of experience, Sonic Sanctuary is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and deeply nourishing.

Come as you are and allow yourself an evening to slow down, recharge, and reconnect.

How to prepare

To get the most from your experience, we recommend bringing anything that will help you feel comfortable while resting on the floor for an extended period. Many participants choose to bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye pillow, water bottle, and journal.

If possible, avoid heavy meals immediately before the session and consider limiting caffeine beforehand to support relaxation.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to allow yourself time to settle into the space. To maintain a calm and uninterrupted environment, doors will close shortly after the session begins and late entry is not available.

While the event is scheduled to conclude on time, we recommend allowing an additional 10–15 minutes in your plans, as some sessions may run slightly longer depending on the group and flow of the experience.
