A multi-instrumental Sound Healing Journey with Kennedy Oneself
Step into an immersive field of vibration—lie down, close your eyes, and journey inward.
An acoustic symphony of living sound unfolds through harps, handpans, didgeridoos, flutes, singing bowls, gongs, and rare world instruments. Each sound opens a doorway into a new inner landscape.
These carefully layered frequencies create a deeply relaxing sensory experience designed to quiet the mind and invite stillness.
Through fluid transitions and masterful layering, Kennedy’s performances often leave participants amazed, as if an unseen ensemble is performing around them. The entire space becomes filled with a richly textured sonic environment.
During the journey you may hear:
• Didgeridoos that rumble through the body
• RAV Vast handpan tones that shimmer with resonant warmth
• Guzheng (Asian harp) with cascading, dreamlike melodies
• Gongs sending powerful waves through the space
• Flutes from Chinese, Indian, American, and drone traditions
• Shruti box & tanpura creating continuous rivers of sound
• Crystal and metal singing bowls
• Tibetan bells, kalimba, ocean drum, rainstick, tubalophone, metallophone, monochord, and more
Participants simply lie down, relax, and allow the sounds to guide them into a deeply restorative meditative state.

Touring nationwide, Kennedy Oneself leads immersive sound healing concerts where audiences lie down, close their eyes, and journey inward through waves of live acoustic instruments.

For over a decade he has crafted deeply calming sonic environments using instruments such as Celtic harp, guzheng, RAV vast handpan, didgeridoo, flutes, gongs, singing bowls, monochord, and tanpura.
A meditation practitioner, instrument maker, and facilitator, Kennedy also leads retreats and training programs that help others share the power of sound for relaxation, presence, and inner stillness.
