Move Fitness & Yoga is excited to welcome back a very special guest, Kennedy Oneself to the studio! This will be a sound healing like nothing you've ever experienced. Kennedy weaves vibrations so fluidly people often imagine he has six arms. Come be bathed in the sounds of Didgeridoos, RAV Handpan, Asian Harp(Guzheng), crystal & metal singing bowls, Gongs, Flutes(Chinese, Indian, American, Drone), Shruti Box, tibetan bells, Kalimba, ocean drum, rainstick, tubalophone, metallophone, Unity Harp and more.Participants in this voyage through vibration simply lay down and relax. This absolutely incredible sound journey will instill a remarkable tranquility that lingers long after the last sound.
Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring whatever props you need to lie comfortably for an extended period of time including pillows, blankets, bolsters, or eye pillows. Please note the studio does have a number of bolsters and blankets you can use on a first come first served basis.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start to have time to settle into your space, as we are planning on starting promptly at 7pm.
