*A cacao ceremony is a sacred, intentional ritual where participants drink ceremonial-grade cacao to open the heart and facilitate emotional and spiritual healing. Rooted in ancient Mesoamerican traditions, cacao is believed to activate the heart chakra, enhance clarity, and promote connection to oneself and others.
The ceremony typically begins with setting intentions, followed by drinking the cacao, which is often blended with spices like cinnamon or vanilla. As the cacao is consumed, participants engage in meditation, breathwork, or sound healing to deepen the experience. This process can lead to emotional release, creative insight, and spiritual awakening.
At its core, a cacao ceremony is a transformative practice that fosters connection, healing, and personal growth, often conducted in a group setting to amplify the collective energy.
The Ceremonial Cacao is sourced from 3 different countries. Such as Guatemala , Costa Rica and Peru.
**Optional Hape Ceremony to help Cleanse and Ground**
Hapé ceremony (pronounced "ha-peh") is a sacred indigenous ritual involving the use of Hapé, a traditional Amazonian snuff made from ground tobacco and other healing plants. It’s often used in spiritual or healing practices to clear negative energy, enhance focus, and promote emotional clarity.
The ceremony typically involves a shaman or facilitator administering the hape through a special pipe, called a Tepi or Kuntan. The powder is blown into each nostril, allowing the medicinal plants to enter the body and activate a deep cleansing process, both physically and energetically.

• Detached Retina
• Glaucoma
• History of Aneurysms in immediate family
• Severely prone to fainting or passing out

• Severely low, high or uncontrolled blood pressure
• History of Aneurysms in immediate family
• History of Severe Panic attacks
• Psychosis, fragile psyche, or schizophrenia
• Pregnancy
• Strokes, TIAs, seizures or other brain/neurological condition or disease
• Uncontrolled bipolar disorder
• Osteoporosis whereby intense movement could cause physical issues
• Severe (Level 3) Trauma, unless you are qualified to work with severe trauma patients.
