About this Event

Sonic Neural Breathwork

This is not a passive wellness experience.

Sonic Neural Breathwork is an advanced guided breathwork practice that invites you into deep presence through conscious sommatic breathing, immersive music, and intentional facilitation. Rather than escaping your experience, you'll be invited to meet it with awareness, courage, and curiosity.

Many participants describe leaving with a greater sense of clarity, emotional spaciousness, and connection to themselves. Others experience deep rest, meaningful insight, or simply the opportunity to slow down in a world that rarely allows it. Every journey is unique, and there is no "right" experience.

This ceremony is designed to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your inner world without expectation or performance.

What to Expect

The experience lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours and includes:

  • Arrival and grounding
  • Introduction to the breathwork practice and safety guidelines
  • Intention setting
  • Guided Sonic Neural Breathwork journey
  • Gentle integration and grounding
  • Optional sharing circle
  • Post ceremony access to the facilitator for integration support

Throughout the session, you'll be encouraged to breathe deeply, move intuitively if your body feels called, and allow your experience to unfold naturally. The music is intentionally immersive, and your facilitator will provide guidance and support throughout the ceremony.

Is This for You?

Sonic Neural is an advanced breathwork practice.

While no previous breathwork experience is required, this experience is best suited for individuals who feel ready to engage intentionally with themselves. The breath can be physically demanding at times and may bring forward strong emotions, physical sensations, or moments of discomfort. These experiences are a normal part of the process and are supported within a carefully held environment.

Because participant safety comes first, every registration includes a required consultation before the event. During this conversation, we'll discuss your intentions, review your health history, answer questions, and determine together whether this experience is appropriate for you at this time.

If we decide the ceremony is not the right fit, your registration will be fully refunded.

After registering you will receive an email to book a call with Josh to connect.

Safety

Your wellbeing is the highest priority.

Sonic Neural Breathwork is not appropriate for everyone. Certain medical and mental health conditions make participation unsafe, which is why every participant completes a call with Josh.

This experience is facilitated with a trauma-aware approach that emphasizes informed consent, participant autonomy, and creating a safe environment for exploration. While meaningful emotional experiences can occur, no specific outcome is expected or required.

Come With

Please bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • Eye mask
  • Comfortable clothing
  • An open mind and a willingness to stay with your breath
  • Pillows and blankets are provided on sight, but feel free to bring your own

This is a ceremony, not a performance.

There is nothing to achieve, nothing to prove, and no expectation that your experience should look like anyone else's.

Simply arrive, breathe, and allow yourself to be present.

If you are unsure whether this experience is appropriate based on your medical or mental health history, please reach out before registering or discuss participation with your healthcare provider.
