Sonic Manifestations, Breathwork and Sound

This is a class that combines a 30 minute guided breathwork journey with live electronic music played by Ellie followed by a restorative sound bath with her crystal bowls, moon gong, ocean drum, and chimes.

Combining breathwork and sound healing is an incredibly effective way to remove stored trauma from the body and create space for healing and ultimately living your best life. Manifesting works by the law of attraction, in other words, by believing you already have what you want without any doubts. Most of us are preconditioned to think that this isn’t possible, but in Ellie’s class, she will discuss how to remove those negative thoughts and activate your true potential. Feel free to bring a notepad with a list of what you would like to manifest in your life.
