Join Wesley for a sound journey that welcomes both intentional vibration and the natural sounds of the bustling downtown environment. You’ll be invited into a soothing soundscape intuitively created with frame drums, Tibetan and crystal bowls, voice, Native American flute, harmonium, rattles, and more - each chosen to cultivate ease, clarity, and deep relaxation. The ambient sounds of the city become part of the experience, as we breathe into the space of the surrounding cacophony and let it blend seamlessly with the guided tones.

We’ll begin with a few grounding breaths to arrive fully in the space. Then, through layers of resonant tones, you’ll be guided into a state of rest, balance, and inner harmony. This 1 hour sound meditation provides ample time to settle, unwind, and restore.

No experience is needed - come exactly as you are and let the sound support you. Bring a mat, blanket, or cushions - anything that helps you feel comfortable while lying down.

Wesley is a Sound Practitioner with a heartfelt passion for how music can change our lives. After earning his degree in Music Composition and Sound Design, he felt drawn to deepen his connection with sound by really listening and exploring the harmonics both within himself and in the world around him. During this journey of discovery, Wesley recommitted himself to using sound as a wonderful tool for wellness and personal transformation. He warmly welcomes everyone to join him on this sonic journey, creating a safe and inclusive space for all who wish to experience the healing power of sound.
