Sonic Bliss ~ Soundbath with Breathwork

This blended event combines Breath & Sound to create a potent, transformational healing journey. Drop in deep into your lungs, your heart, your body and your Spirit with a gentle 20 minute opening Breathwork session lead by Shanti O'Connor, skillfully supported by 432 Hz Crystal Bowls and live Didgeridoo!

The music continues with Waterways, Binaural Beats, Gongs, Koshi Chimes and more! Sound Alchemist and Reiki Master Teacher Lisa Swisher will be leading you on this Medicine Music journey. She will be accompanied by Sean Pepers on drums, guitar and didgeridoo, and Donna B. on Native Flute.

Reiki energy heals. So does Conscious Breath, Music and pure Sound. They are all flowing freely into the group!

Please arrive a little early to sign in, get settled and enjoy the Light Show and our live musicians. Wear comfy clothing. If you prefer to stay seated and meditate, there are plenty of comfy, well padded chairs. If you're lying down, bring a thick yoga mat or camping pad, pillow, blanket & eye pillow (if needed), and a desire to be uplifted and transported through sacred sound!
