Country music is coming to Okemos!
The Meridian Township Parks and Recreation Department is collaborating with Jessey Adams to host the first ever Songwriters Showcase.
This event will take place on May 17, 2024 at Marketplace on the Green Pavilion (1995 Central Park Drive, Okemos). Songwriters Showcase will feature performances from recording artists Ryan Scott, Jenna Kay, and Jessey Adams.
The night kicks off with an open mic from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm (sign-ups begin at 5:30 pm). Anyone who wants to perform an original song is welcome to sign up. Our main acts will then hit the stage from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
This is a free family friendly event with great live music, story telling and a variety of food trucks.
