Songwriters Group

Are you a new or experienced songwriter looking for inspiration and community? Courthouse Songwriters Group meets once a month to discuss the craft of songwriting, create new songs based on new concepts and prompts, and share our work in a supportive environment. Participants can be new or experienced songwriters and should have basic familiarity with one instrument. Bring a notebook and pen.

We will explore different concepts in songwriting, share our songs, and introduce a new prompt. The prompt is optional, and participants are welcome to share work unrelated to the prompt. Sharing a song is highly encouraged, but not required.
