Songbird Strolls at Overton Park

Birders of all levels are invited to join Overton Park Conservancy for our free Songbird Strolls! Twice a month, we’ll venture out to see what the birds are up to in the Old Forest State Natural Area. Experience lively avian antics, hear the magic of migration, and get to know your most charismatic Overton Park residents.
Meet us at the East Parkway Pavilion, and bring your own binoculars or borrow ours! Participants are encouraged to download the free birding app Merlin. We prefer that dogs be left at home for this event; they can be disruptive to birds, and we’ll be looking and listening for subtle movements and sounds on this walk.
