Friday, October 11, 2024, at 7:00 PM. This special event is a
fundraiser for KLT, featuring musical performances from some of
Stephen Sondheim's most beloved works.
Stephen Sondheim, born on March 22, 1930, in New York, is
widely regarded as one of the most innovative and influential
composers in the history of American musical theatre. His
illustrious career spans decades, with timeless classics such as
"Sweeney Todd," "Into the Woods," "Company," and "A Little
Night Music." Sondheim's exceptional ability to blend complex
characters, intricate lyrics, and captivating melodies has earned
him numerous accolades, including multiple Tony Awards, a
Pulitzer Prize, and an Academy Award.
