This time we will gather to create a deep connection with mother earth. We will immerse in the forest in its morning glory.
About this Event

This is your morning to withdraw from noise and stimulation and land in the softness and silence of nature. The closer we get to nature, the louder we hear her voice. She can teach us how to get in balance, read and understand our bodies, and live in sync with the natural rhythms.

Once we sit on her ground and touch the earth with our bare hands and feet, her energy can run through us freely—clearing our minds and allowing us to feel our bodies as the nature they are.

This women's circle is a space to land deeper within yourself. We will awaken our bodies and slowly open up to the warm and powerful energy that summer brings into our lives. As the longest day of the year, the Summer Solstice is a time of abundance, illumination, and transformation, inviting us to embrace the fullness of life and our own inner radiance.

During this journey, you will be supported by the cacao plant.

Ceremonial Cacao is a plant that supports us in reawakening our feminine energy by guiding us into our bodies and hearts, activating the wisdom that we hold in every cell of our bodies. Also called Mama Cacao, this heart-opening and sacred drink feels like a warm, loving hug that encourages us to find the strength to express our truth.

Join us, being held by the earth, surrounded by trees with a view of the lake, as we honor the vibrant energy of the summer solstice in sisterhood.

Jil is a Hypnosis and Breathwork Coach and facilitator of embodied spaces. She offers spaces of transformation in one-on-one and group settings.

She loves gathering women and creating spaces where everyone feels free to uncover and express their most authentic selves. Our circles are influenced by our own experiences and practices. Practices that allow us to land deeper within ourselves and align with our female, cyclic nature.
