Sommelier's Selection Wine Tasting

Join us in The Wine Cellar for an evening dedicated to one simple but fascinating question: how different can the same grape really taste?
About this Event

We're pouring two Sauvignon Blancs and two Pinot Noirs, one from each hemisphere, side by side, so you can taste the difference terroir makes for yourself. Each wine is matched with a cheese chosen to bring out its character, from a feathery raw milk goat's cheese to a deeply savoury alpine-style hard cheese from Cork.

Hosted by our incredible in-house sommeliers Simon and Eduardo, the evening includes a glass of bubbles on arrival, four wines to taste and four cheeses to pair them with, plus plenty of guidance and good conversation along the way.

Wednesday 2nd September, 6:30pm–8:30pm. €45 per person. Only 24 places available. Our last wine tasting event sold out in 1 hour, so book quickly if you’d like to join!
