About this Event
Join Us at the “Something Fun for Everyone” Family Festival!
Sunnyvale, CA — August 15, 2026 — The Autism Society San Francisco Bay Area (SFASA) will host its 3rd Annual “Something Fun for Everyone” Family Festival on Saturday, August 15, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Sunnyvale Baylands Park.
Designed for individuals with autism and developmental differences, along with their families and caregivers, the festival offers a welcoming, inclusive environment with a wide range of activities and entertainment. The event will feature live music performances, including headliner JD and the Shout, interactive arts and crafts, carnival games, and a scavenger hunt with prizes.
Attendees can also enjoy exclusive access to barnyard buddies from Animal Assisted Happiness, a plentiful resource fair with community vendors specializing in our special needs community, and a variety of food options, including lunch and classic festival treats such as popcorn and snow cones.
The festival is free to attend, with optional ticketed activities and food available for purchase. Organizers encourage families to invite others in the community, as the event is intended to serve as a “friendraiser,” expanding awareness and support for individuals and families impacted by autism across the Bay Area.
“This event brings our community together in a fun, supportive setting where everyone can participate at their own pace,” said Leslie Davis, Director of Operations and Fundraising for SFASA.
Registration is highly encouraged but not required.
