About this Event

Join the Somerset End of Life Education Network for our third annual conference showcasing best practice in end of life care for the county.

Any member of staff working with those with life-limiting conditions is welcome to attend this thought-provoking, reflective and interactive day, designed to encourage networking and connection.

Our theme for this year's conference is 'Starting the Conversation'; following a keynote lecture, there will be options on the day to book onto a wide range of topical workshops.

This is a fully catered event with free parking, although car sharing is encouraged.
