Staff Sergeant Christopher Slutman was not only a loving husband, father, son and brother but he was also a FDNY Firefighter.Sadly, while serving in the Marines, he was killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan.
Chris was an avid runner with his wife Shannon. Join us in honoring this American HERO by running or walking in his honor.
All funds from the event will be donated to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation which supports the families of fallen or catastrophically injured military and first responders and the Global War on Terrorism Memorial Foundation which is building a memorial to honor our heroes on the National Mall.
