Rooted and Radiant: A Weekend Immersion in Somatics, Yoga, and Mind-Body IntegrationJoin us for a transformative weekend immersion designed to reconnect you with your body’s innate wisdom and the deep intelligence that lives beneath the surface of doing. This two-day training blends the grounding practices of somatic awareness, the fluid movement of yoga, and the principles of mind-body integration to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and embodied presence.
Each day will weave together:
• Gentle and accessible yoga rooted in inquiry, sensation, and breath
• Somatic movement and tracking practices drawn from multiple lineages
• Explorations of how stress and tension are held in the body- and how we can begin to safely release them
• Tools to bridge mind and body in your daily life, teaching, or client work
We’ll close both days with a sound bath, allowing the body to rest deeply and integrate the work on a vibrational level.
This training is suitable for:
• Yoga teachers and wellness professionals looking to deepen their understanding of the nervous system
• Therapists, coaches, and bodyworkers who want to add somatic language to their work
