In our modern times, a lot of us have lost our connections to vital rites of passage and initiations into what it means to transition through this great, final, biological upheaval in a woman’s life.

Together, in this workshop, we will use our bodies as a map to track ephemeral sensations from within, along with the ancient technologies of songs and storytelling to create an experience of camaraderie and support for those of us transitioning through the changes associated with letting go of the old stories of who we are and weaving a new story as it emerges - a call to autonomy, a response to the need to define ourselves and our path going forward.
