A somatic exploration of movement, perception and imagination, incorporating elements of the Feldenkrais Method and BMC, amongst others.
An invitation to play with time, space, rhythm, qualities, touch and weight using elements of Instant Composition and Action Theater, and an invitation to let all the senses and the attention to be moved by Tuning Scores.
For adults of all levels of experience who enjoy moving, dancing, exploring and improvising – solo, in pairs or in a group.

Eine somatische Erkundung von Bewegung, Wahrnehmung und Imagination, die unter anderem Elemente der Feldenkrais-Methode und des BMC einbezieht.
Eine Einladung zum Spiel mit Zeit, Raum, Rhythmus, Qualitäten, Berührung und Gewicht mithilfe von Ele-menten der Instant Composition und des Action-Theaters, und eine Einladung an Achtsamkeit und alle Sinne, sich von Tuning Scores bewegen zu lassen.
Für Erwachsene jeden Alters und jeder Erfahrungsstufe, die Freude daran haben, sich zu bewegen, zu tanzen, zu erkunden und zu improvisieren – allein, zu zweit oder in der Gruppe.
