Somatic Yoga & Meditation for Women - Starts 7/23/25

Wednesdays from 6pm-7pm

Class dates: 7/23, 7/30, 8/13, 8/20 (no class 8/6)

This class centers around a woman’s cycle. Each week we will discuss, and practice based on the cycle scheduled for that week. Each week we will practice yoga, meditation and breathwork specific to the cycle of the week. You do not have to take the whole program, but it will be more beneficial if you do.

Please bring your yoga mat.

$100 pre-pay discount for one 4-week session, register online, over the phone or in the office. Or drop-in for $30 per class, payable in the DCA office.Instructor: Denielle
