Polarity Somatic Yoga Series: Energetic Sovereignty & Nervous System Resilience
This four-week series invites you to slow down, recharge, and reclaim your energy. Through gentle guided movement, free exploration, and energy-based practices, you’ll learn tools to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence, and strengthen your energetic boundaries.
No experience is needed—beginners to yoga and free movement are welcome. Whether you practice on the floor, in a chair, or with modifications, this is a safe space to listen to your body and move in the way that feels best for you.
We’ll weave together principles from Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral work, Body-Mind Centering, and more, with guided visualizations and simple energy exercises. Each week builds on the last, cultivating resilience, balance, and presence.
