South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity creates affordable homeownership opportunities for qualified homebuyers. Once accepted into the program, homebuyers prepare for homeownership through:
-Education classes
-Guidance meetings
-Helping to build their homes
At the end of the program, homebuyers purchase their new, energy efficient homes with an affordable mortgage. From application to move-in takes about one year.
