Somatic Yin yoga is helpful for slowing down, regulating the nervous system and reconnecting with yourself and your body.
The class is a combination of Somatic tools (breathing, meditation, gentle movement) and holding Yin postures. The class allows time to pause from daily life, and encourages the exploration of curiosity and self compassion.
