We’ll explore simple ways to release stress from the body, reconnect with ourselves, and share space with others in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

This 3-hour workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself and others.

In an intimate setting, we’ll explore gentle somatic practices that help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and increase body awareness in a supportive and welcoming space.

Expect a mix of:

• playful embodied exercises

• grounding nervous system practices like breathwork

• connection and reflection

• a relaxed tea sharing

No experience necessary, just curiosity! Everything will be guided gently and at your own pace.
