Somatic practice can create the space and safety required to identify, meet and develope relationship (and compassionate understanding) with the many different parts of our selves.
Somatic practice encourages self regulation and in essence is grounding connective and integrative.
You are invited to enter a subtle but deep Somatic Unwinding practice for Trauma release and Integration.
This workshop will be one of inner Enquiry, connection and emergent Somatic movement.
Settle ground and integrate after a weekend of breathwork.
