Did you know that becoming aware of your physical Presence can help you find your strength, peace, focus and health like never before?
Whether you are new to somatic practices or you are already experienced with the benefits of creating a bond between your body and mind, this course is designed to offer you an easy opportunity to remove distractions and get to know your natural Presence, and its power.
During the session, we will use conscious Movement, Breathing and Voice. We will see and break our tension, stiffness, stress and barriers with Physical Activities and Mind Games.
We will gradually challenge ourselves to be more present, developing a relaxed, stronger body and a clearer, more focused mind.

Claudia Divon is a Voice coach and Somatic trainer from Italy, forever driven by her persistent passions for Nature, Art and People.
During her 22 years of travels as a performer, she became extremely fascinated by individuals and groups with incredible stories, almost "superhuman" resilience and capabilities. Keen to learn their secret to happiness, she trained in various somatic practices such as Feldenkrais, Grinberg Method, Reiki, Thai Chi and Qi Gong. With 11 years of experience as a voice coach, 7 as an embodiment coach and 6 years of work in projects for integration, she keeps studying, testing and collecting the practices that support us to be naturally healthier, happier and more authentically connected to ourselves and others.
