Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, or simply looking for a deeper sense of self-awareness, this circle offers a gentle path to self-expression and emotional regulation.
No previous art experience is needed—only a gentle curiosity and a willingness to play with materials!
What to Expect
Opening Check-in: A brief grounding moment to focus on the week’s theme (e.g., stress, anxiety).
Creative Invitation: A guided somatic art therapy prompt to spark your process.
Art Making: A dedicated period for messy, honest, and experimental creation.
Closing Check-out: A final moment to reflect and an optional opportunity to share your work.

Cycle 1 (Mondays 6:30–8:00 PM): March 16, 23, 30, April 6.
Cycle 2 (Thursdays 6:30–8:00 PM): April 23, 30, May 7, 14.
Investment:
$25 per individual circle.
$80 for a full 4-week cycle.
