Come relax on the clear waters of scenic Beaver Lake. We will paddle to a peaceful cove where you'll be led through a moving meditation on the paddle boards. What a perfect way to center yourself before beginning your 4th of July celebration!SUP Outfitters has offered us a discounted rate for paddle board rentals. If renting, please arrive by 8:30 for paperwork and safety talks. Boards are not due back until noon, so this gives you a little bit of extra time to explore the lake after our event rate with rental is $60 per person. There is an additional $4 fee to park at Big Clifty.
You are also welcome to bring your own stand-up paddle board if you have one. BYOB rate is $20 per person and you can arrive just before 9:00. There is a an additional $4 fee to park at Big Clifty.
We will depart from the boat ramp shortly after 9.
Dress for comfort; swimsuit optional but the area is perfect for swimming. If you've never tried stand-up paddle board, no problem! I can help you through the basics.
Please plan to bring bug spray and a water bottle. I can accept online booking with credit card or cash upon arrival. Note, there is no phone service at Big Clifty so please plan accordingly.
