Join Julie Moore for a Somatic Journey to release tension in the body and restore and reset! Activate the parasympathetic nervous system to rest and digest any emotional or physical debris stored in the body. Learn techniques that will help your practice on and off that mat. This workshop will focus on incorporating tools into your daily practice to help manage the stress and tension we face in our daily lives. We will learn about the subtle body focus on pranayama (breath work) mantra (mind tools), body work and meditations that will help to bring balance in the mind, body and spirit. The workshop will end with a somatic flow and meditation. You will be sure to leave feeling rested and restored with tools for whatever life gives you!
