This somatic sound bath is designed to support nervous system regulation, inviting the body to soften, settle, and remember safety.Through grounding tones, subtle rhythms, and spacious silence, you’ll be guided out of mental effort and into embodied stillness. Rather than “doing,” we practice sensing & allowing sound to meet the body where it is and gently guide it toward rest and balance.
Come as you are. Lie down, breathe, and receive.
This is an invitation to slow the mind, calm the system, and anchor into the quiet wisdom within.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, journal, and open heart ready to receive this supportive experience.
