🌌 The Experience: A Journey to Expanded Consciousness

Step into a sacred, intentional container where science meets spirituality. Somatic Sounds is a monthly, immersive frequency sound journey designed to harmonize your nervous system, clear energetic blocks, and guide you into expanded states of consciousness.

Every single month is completely unique, shifting and adapting to the current frequencies and the collective conscious energy of the cosmos.

🧚‍♂️ The Journey Structure

Amanda Marie will guide you through a multi-dimensional, deeply supported meditation and sonic experience:

• Grounding & Protection: We begin by anchoring your energy into the Earth, establishing strong spiritual protection, and connecting you deeply with your Higher Self, spirit guides, and ancestors.
• The Sacred Place: Once protected and grounded, Amanda will guide you to your own personal "Sacred Place." You may or may not have visited this space before, and that is completely okay—you will be gently held and guided there.
• Multisensory Exploration: Once inside your Sacred Place, you are invited to awaken all of your senses. What do you feel, see, touch, smell, and hear? In this space, we invite in compassionate allies and loving, healing energy.
• Cosmic Encounters: While you rest in this expanded state, you may meet with your Higher Self, a departed loved one, or a specific spirit ally, depending on what you need most in that moment.
• The Sonic Magick: As you journey, Amanda moves through the room like a fairy, weaving a tapestry of live sound directly around you while channeling intuitive Reiki energy.
• Return & Grounding: To close the journey, Amanda will gently guide you back into your physical body, sealing you once again in grounding protection before we open the floor.

At The Seed PNW, our mission is to bridge the arts and sciences with spirituality. Sound healing isn't just deeply relaxing—it is rooted in physics and biology. Every cell in your body has its own natural resonant frequency. During this journey, we utilize entrainment—a process where the rhythmic vibrations of sacred instruments gently shift your brainwaves out of a chaotic "fight-or-flight" state (Beta waves) and into deeply meditative, restorative states (Alpha and Theta waves) to allow for cellular healing and expanded consciousness.

We weave together a diverse cosmic and acoustic palette:

• Crystal Sound Bowls & Tongue Drums: Engineered to produce pure, crystalline sine waves that target specific energy centers (chakras) and promote cellular harmony.
• Shamanic Drums & Rattles: Earth-bound, acoustic rhythms that mirror the human heartbeat, grounding your nervous system and releasing stagnant somatic energy.
• Koshi Chimes & Sound Bowls: High-frequency, elemental tones that soothe the mind, clear the auric field, and invite playful, expansive air energy.

• When: The 3rd Monday of every month (Note: A potential second monthly offering coming soon based on community interest!)
• Where: The Seed PNW Studio | 413 W Railroad Ave, Shelton, WA 98584 (Downtown Shelton)
• 5:45 PM: Doors Open (Arrive to claim your spot and get cozy)
• 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: The Sound Journey & Meditation
• 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Optional integration, heart shares, community connection, and shopping.

• Capacity: Spaces are strictly limited to ensure an intimate container (15 floor/yoga mat spots + 5 seated spots). Securing your ticket online guarantees your space. If spots remain, donations will be accepted at the door.
• Tax-Deductible Impact: All ticket purchases are donations to The Seed PNW, a registered Washington State 501(c)(3) church-based nonprofit organization. Your generosity directly funds the creation of sacred, healing spaces and arts-meets-science programming for community growth.

🎒 What to Bring

Think ultimate comfort! We recommend bringing:

• A yoga mat, camping pad, or backjack
• A cozy blanket and pillow
• An eye mask to deepen the internal journey
• A reusable water bottle
• A journal for integration of your journey
• Any personal items you might want to journey with (i.e. crystals, prayer cards, ancestral jerlwery etc.)
• Prefer to sit? A standard camping chair is perfect!

Crystal Sound Bowls which promote emotional healing, chakra alignment, relaxation, and energy clearing. Drums which promote grounding, releasing emotional tension, and connecting to the rhythm of life. Rattles which promote spiritual clearing, cleansing, and activating the flow of energy.
