As we step into 2025, many of us are feeling the weight of uncertainty about what the next four years will bring. The political landscape is shifting in dramatic ways, and it’s essential to prepare ourselves to navigate these changes with resilience and intention. While “self-care” has become a popular term in recent years, it’s now more crucial than ever to find meaningful ways to self-soothe and self-regulate. This helps us move from being reactive to proactive, even when life around us feels overwhelming.
The Logos Method offers a Somatic Sound Journey designed to help you experience deep peace within—a state that many of us are unfamiliar with. By creating a reference point for this inner stillness, we build the capacity to return to it whenever life feels off balance. Regular practice, such as monthly tune-ups, strengthens this “peace muscle,” helping us anchor ourselves amid life’s storms.
Join us to reconnect with your natural state of being and discover what it feels like to cultivate and sustain deep inner peace.

Where: St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 415 El Camino Real, Burlingame
Parking: there are some spaces in the church parking lot. Enter on Occidental. If the lot is full, look for street parking.
Arrive between 6:30 and 6:45 to allow for time to park and get settled in before we begin at 7:00.
Bring:
• camping or yoga mat, with sleeping bag or blanket, pillow, water bottle.
• Wear comfy clothes
• or a zero gravity chair
We really recommend that you make the effort to bring blanket... it helps you feel way more cozy.
