Somatic Shadow Work: The Sacred Descent
There comes a moment in every woman’s life when what once defined her no longer fits. The old stories lose their grip. She is tired of repeating patterns. Something deeper begins to call.
Inspired by the ancient myths of Inanna, Persephone, Hecate, and the wisdom of the Dark Goddesses, this eight session journey invites you to descend into your inner landscape, not to become someone new, but to delve into the shadows you’ve been trying to avoid.
Together, we will gently explore the places where old wounds, protective patterns, and forgotten gifts live within the body. Through trauma-informed somatic practices, guided meditation, ritual, journaling, compassionate group reflection, and energetic healing, you’ll learn to move with your shadow rather than fear it.
Each week represents a symbolic threshold where we soften our grip on outdated identities and reclaim more of our authentic selves.
Each Session Includes:
• Opening grounding meditation and sacred invocation
• Teaching on the week’s goddess archetype and shadow theme
• Trauma-informed somatic embodiment practices
• Guided meditation or shamanic journey
• Reflective journaling and personal inquiry
• Small-group or partner sharing (always optional)
• Ritual or symbolic practice connected to the week’s threshold
• A token dedicated to the theme of each week to create a small Shadow Work altar
• Reiki-infused integration and closing circle
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering that your darkness has always carried wisdom, your body has always held the map, and your soul has always known the way home.
Whether you are new to shadow work or have walked this path before, you are welcome here.

Leave with a deeper relationship to your body, your story, your shadow, and the goddess within.
While these sessions will build on each other they can be attended individually as well.
Starts Saturday 9/12 and meets every other week until 12/19.
