Join us at Somatic Akademie Berlin for a three-day immersive in-person experience designed to give you the space and time to reconnect deeply with your body and release stored tension.

Whether you're new to somatic practices or wish to deepen your understanding, this Level 1 workshop is open to all levels.

Our Trauma-Informed Somatic Practice is inspired by Body-Mind Centering®, Polyvagal Theory, and Compassionate Inquiry, among others.

Info: We begin a journey of arrival—into ourselves, into the group, into a safe and supportive field. Together we open the container, set our intentions, and attune to presence.Grounding is not only about stillness—it is about giving your body permission to soften, to trust, to root into the moment. From here, the nervous system begins to settle, creating space for calm, clarity, and connection.
