If you’re dealing with persistent pain or tightness in your lower back and hips, this workshop offers a gentle, yet powerful solution to help you find more comfort and mobility, whilst reducing pain.We will look at possible causes of lower back pain, and how to address this.
This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking a natural, accessible way to restore balance, improve movement, and reconnect with their body. No previous experience required.
Somatic movement is slow and gentle, and offers a simple solution, through gentle contract and release movements, to retrain your brain to move and feel better.
Somatic movement can help one to understand the cause of pain and find simple solutions to release and learn how to function better.
You will be taught simple movements to bring back mobility and ease to these areas as well as the whole body.
