About this Event
Looking for the perfect space to relax, unwind, and explore life drawing?
Join us at Anomaly Life Drawing, hosted at The Floristry School in Kelham Island. This inspiring and welcoming environment is ideal for artists of all skill levels to enjoy drawing the human form.
Each week features a different model and starts with an artist reference segment, offering fresh techniques and creative inspiration to guide your session. The first half includes a mix of short poses with helpful tips to encourage stepping out of your comfort zone and refining your approach to capturing the figure.
During the break, enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits before diving into the second half of the session.
What’s Included:
- All drawing materials are provided.
- Guidance and techniques for capturing the human form.
- A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for all abilities.
What to Bring:
- If you have a sketchbook, we recommend bringing it along, but it’s not required.
Venue Details:
The Floristry School, located on Little Kelham Island estate, can be a bit tricky to find:
- Walk into the Little Kelham Island estate.
- Head down towards Domo Restaurant.
- When you see the small bar on the corner, turn right.
- Look for the door under the large silver staircase—that’s us!
Accessibility:
The venue is wheelchair accessible, but please let us know in advance so we can reserve a suitable spot for you.

Parking is available around Kelham Island, though charges may now apply.
