Somatic Release - Cacao and Breathwork Ceremony

We will work with the medicine of cacao, conscious connected breathwork, and somatic release to open up your heart, release old emotions and energy, and realign to Love. We will begin with drinking ceremonial cacao, which is 100% untempered chocolate. This is considered a medicine in ancient traditions to open up your heart and bring more energy into the body. We will combine this with somatic practices to wake up the energy in your body and open up the heart. From there, we will begin the conscious connected breathwork. This is a continuous form of breathing that helps stagnant energy move out of your body and mind. Helping you come back to clarity, calm, and truth within yourself.

Throughout the journey, you will receive energy clearing through various techniques such as intuitive energy clearing, prayer, and sound healing. Sound healing consists of healing chants and singing, crystal sound bowls, shamanic drumming, chimes, and more. These assist in releasing all that keeps you separated from your body and your heart closed.
