Are you experiencing chronic stress and pain in your body? If so, then it sounds like you could benefit from getting in your body and exploring Somatic Movement! (Note: while this workshop duration says 2 hrs, its roughly 45/60mins, I am just here until 6 to answer question, for you to pick my brain, or for late arrivals that need to be filled in on what they missed 🥰)
In this workshop we will break down exactly what somatic means, what it is, and how to use somatic movement to tap into your body's inner knowing, and what all benefits this simple process can give you!
Please bring water (although I will have extras if anyone forgets) and wear comfy clothing, as we will be practicing the different movements so you can bring this practice home with you, if you so wish!
