Welcome to your new Saturday morning ritual.
This isn’t your typical movement class. This is Somatic Movement with Inga—a fluid, intuitive, creative experience that blends breath, sound, somatic release, affirmations, and full-body expression.
Each class is uniquely created in the moment, guided by the collective energy in the room.
We’ll explore a mix of:
Breathwork to ground and awaken
Yoga-inspired stretches and flows
Kriya-style activation practices
Somatic movement and free-form dance
High-vibration music and live sound
Empowering affirmations
A soft sound bath to seal it all in
It’s fluid. It’s free.
It’s a space to explore.
You don’t need to be a dancer, yogi, or mover—just bring your breath, your body, and a willingness to flow.
Think of this as your sacred Saturday reset.
A space to move through anything that’s stuck, to play and release, and to realign before your weekend really begins. Saturday is our day to come back to ourselves—and this class is the perfect way to honor that.
What to bring: Water, yoga mat (we have extras), and anything that helps you feel grounded and free
