During the day you will:
Drink sacred cacao (optional) - a plant medicine in the form of unrefined / unprocessed cocoa beans revered for their superfood and nutritious qualities, as well as spiritual, heart-opening benefits.
Experience a deep ThetaHealing meditation to support switching from the mind and into your heart - the home of your intuition and strongest magnetic field and tool for manifesting abundance, joy and ease.
Shift any stagnant energies and deepen your connection to your body through conscious connected breathwork.
Be guided through somatic embodiment and dance - simple movements and ways that your body intuitively wants to move in to feel fully expressed.
If you're struggling to "switch off" the mind, and to make time for yourself day-to-day, and feel a bit lost and disconnected from your heart and inner guidance, this retreat will guide you home.
