How has your emotional and mental wellbeing been lately?
Have you checked in with your body, mind, and heart recently, to feel what’s truly going on beneath the surface?
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, low on energy or simply in need of deep self-care, this monthly class is for you.
✨ This is a guided inward journey to reconnect, reset and restore.
We’ll explore:
🌀 Bodywork - using somatic movement and energy release practices to help you move through and let go of stuck or suppressed emotions and energetic blockages. Gentle and intuitive, this isn’t exercise, it’s a conversation with your body.
🌀 Breathwork - intentionally crafted to support the vagus nerve, calming the nervous system and creating more space for emotional regulation and inner safety.
🌀 Mindfulness - cultivating stillness and self-awareness, holding space for all parts of you to be felt and witnessed with compassion.
This is a trauma-sensitive practice space, where nothing is forced and everything is an invitation.
With my background in nursing and a degree in health, I bring together the wisdom of science with the depth of somatic, spiritual practice to support healing on a mental, emotional, physical and energetic level.
