Join us for a Full Body Somatic Reset.
This will be Slow deliberate movements much like stretching or Pilates. These type of movements help to reset the muscles, release tension, and calm the nervous system.
This also helps to process stuck energy and emotions.
For this session you will need a yoga mat, we will be on the floor.
